If you’ve been here before, you’ve probably already read all about the best halal brunch spots in London, and other amazing halal cafes I like a lot.
But today, I wanted to talk about all the restaurants that offer everything from halal Full English breakfast to delicious, decadent, unforgettable stacks of waffles, pancakes, and French toast.
A lot of these are halal restaurants in London that I have visited very regularly in the past.
I moved to London in 2019, and I’ve had a lot of time on my hands to try and find the ultimate halal English breakfast in London.
I have written so many food guides to the best halal restaurants in London that I have lost track of them, but I’ll put more guides for you at the end of this post!
London’s Best Halal Breakfast Spots For Full English

Just a little disclaimer before we start talking about the best halal English breakfast in London, amazing brunch, and coffee shops:
I will tell you whether the restaurant has a completely halal menu and if pork and alcohol are served to the best of my ability.
That goes for any restaurant, whether you’re after the best halal rooftop restaurants in London or halal sushi places.
Still, I would always recommend contacting the restaurant before booking or walking in (or checking their social media) because they can change their suppliers on very short notice.
Best Halal Breakfast in London: Grounded

Grounded is one of my favorites for halal breakfast in London.
Just a stone’s throw away from the colorful Brick Lane (where you’ll find the best hot chocolate in London at Dark Sugars), Grounded is that rustic, wooden, organic coffee shop slash fully halal restaurant in East London.
Open from breakfast to dinner, Grounded offers one of the best halal Full English breakfast options you’ll ever have in London.
Sourdough bread, fluffy pancakes, crumpets – every bit of breakfast is delicious.
If you’re a student and sometimes looking for cafes to work in Shoreditch, Grounded has plenty of power outlets and free WiFi.

Halal Breakfast London: Dulce Cafe

Dulce Cafe is probably my favorite spot for halal breakfast in London.
It’s definitely one of the most affordable halal restaurants in East London, and a family-run spot that offers very colorful food.
When you visit Dulce Cafe, do order their halal Full English breakfast.
Another delicious option is a plate of their unbelievably fluffy pancakes with whipped cream, fruit, and maple syrup to couple with a fresh smoothie – the perfect halal brunch.

Best Halal Breakfast in London: Rabbit Hole Cafe

The Rabbit Hole Cafe is that Alice in Wonderland-inspired restaurant on Holloway Road that offers some of the best bites for halal breakfast.
With plenty of seating and even some tables right on the street, the Rabbit Hole Cafe is one of my favorites – and best-value halal restaurants in London.
The Alice in Wonderland-related dish names and rabbit decor mixed with a rustic atmosphere make it the perfect spot to wake up properly when you’re after the best halal breakfast in London.
At the end of the road, the Islington Central Library is one of the best free libraries in London to work and study – just a short walk away.

Cafe East in Bow offers some of the most colorful halal breakfast in London; plates loaded with fresh and flavorful food.
Go for brunch or breakfast, you’ll find in this Roman Road restaurant delicious halal Full English breakfast pans and fluffy pancakes decorated with fresh, edible flowers.

It is one of the best halal restaurants in Edmonton, perfect for either a romantic morning date or an outing with friends.

Delight Kitchen is one of the restaurants most underrated when it comes to getting halal breakfast in London.
Located in North Finchley, home to some of the best charity shops in London, Delight Kitchen Bistro and Cafe is not completely halal.
Rather, they do have a halal version of the Full English breakfast – always interesting to know if you’re around North London.

Best Halal Breakfast in London: Big Moe’s Diner

Big Moe’s Diner has a decor that echoes its name to perfection, very instagrammable, and is in line with their delicious halal Full English breakfast.
I had trouble finishing my plate the first time I visited; that’s how big the portion is.
If you’re looking for delicious halal brunch restaurants in East London, Big Moe’s Diner in Whitechapel is now closed.
Still, it used to neighbor Dulce Cafe and Grounded, and it is a must-visit at their Ilford branch. Pro-tip, try their gelato!

With 18 different halal burgers on the menu, that is the reason why you’ll want to visit the Gourmet Hut.

After eating at Drunch, a visit to the charity shops in Chelsea is a perfect follow-up to the morning.

Panadera Bakery, sister restaurant to Moi Moi, Bintang and the halal Japanese restaurant Ramo Ramen, is a Filipino bakery in Kentish Town near Camden.
With an entirely halal menu, Panadera Bakery offers delicious pastries and sando, a type of Filipino sandwich/toast perfect if you’re after a different type of halal breakfast in London.
A must-visit nearby; is the charity shops in Kentish Town.

Owned by two Muslim sisters, Apple Blue Balham offers a completely halal menu made of delicious halal Full English breakfast, French toasts, and a breakfast version of the Yorkshire pudding you have to try.

Although the Barking restaurant is primarily a decadent burger place – which also offers some crazy good milkshakes, Rustix Gourmet also has a delicious halal Full English breakfast on the menu.
In any case, if you were to order one of their huge – huge – halal burgers for breakfast, no one would judge.

Best Halal Breakfast in London: Dishoom

The Iranian slash Indian restaurant chain, present all across London, offers delicious halal food for breakfast, brunch, and daytime menu.
Pork and alcohol are served, other than that, the rest of the menu is halal.
The breakfast naan rolls, in particular, are one of the best-selling items for those looking for halal breakfast in London.

Halal Breakfast London: Chantal Cafe Ealing

Chantal Cafe is a completely halal cafe in Ealing that offers more breakfast options than you could imagine.
A very affordable halal Full English breakfast, for starters, is made with halal smoked bacon and sausages, and decently priced at less than £8.
Eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs on toast, and even a Vegetarian breakfast are available in this cafe located in the Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.

Proper Burgers is a completely halal restaurant in Leyton mostly known for their utterly decadent burgers.
If you visit Proper Burgers in the morning, you can have your fix of the best halal breakfast in London, that’s true.
But on top of that, the completely halal Leyton restaurant, which has a sister restaurant in Brick Lane, offers pulled beef nachos that go really well with their rosemary chips.

Best Halal Breakfast in London: Bru Coffee Walthamstow

Bru Coffee is probably one of my favorite cafes to work in London.
With a few locations in the UK, it is indeed the Walthamstow branch that I like the most.
Its rustic, wooden, warm and homely interior makes it the perfect study cafe if you need power outlets and free WiFi.
Yet, if you’re looking for the best halal breakfast in London, the grilled cheese sandwiches, wraps, and cakes are all absolutely amazing.
I usually order the Spanish latte at Bru Coffee, and while they don’t have a halal Full English breakfast, the sweet treats and atmosphere are enough to make me come back.
