Here’s the crème de la crème in terms of fluffy, chewy, decadent donuts!

The places I’ll mention here are all bakeries and pastry shops I’ve visited in the past, and really recommend whether you want sweet or savory.

For instance, Rinkoff Bakery (mentioned at the end of this guide) also offers some of the best bagels in London.

And if you are looking for completely vegan doughnuts in London, I’ll also mention where you can find those!

Best Doughnuts in London: Bread Ahead Bakery, Borough Market

The Bread Ahead Bakery doughnuts are something out of this world – and to say they’re just the best doughnuts in London is a euphemism.

That’s not all they sell, though.

While the honeycomb, vanilla or coconut doughnuts are amazing, one other item deserves your attention at Bread Ahead Bakery...

Their scrumptious cinnamon rolls.

I’m always – always – on the lookout for the best cinnamon buns in London and those at Bread Ahead Bakery are simply incredible.

And if you’re ever around West London, Bread Ahead Bakery Wembley is much bigger than the Borough Market brand.

Plus, it’s located two steps away from the London Designer Outlet, one of the best shopping centers in London for cheaper clothes!

I always tell you about Coffee Academy on Southbank because it’s one of the best places to get Crosstown Doughnuts in town.

Also because this utterly small coffee shop offers some of the best hot chocolate in London – gotta try it to know.

Another good branch of brick-and-mortar Crosstown Doughnuts is located in Soho, and offers plenty of vegan doughnuts – and nonvegan.

Delicious drinks, astonishing donuts, and some of the cutest bakeries in London nearby to keep going with the food fest?

Yes, please!

In addition to offering classic flavors, you can always count of Crosstown Doughnuts for tasty seasonal bites.

I cannot stress enough just how these are the best doughnuts in London try them ASAP!

There are two branches of Doughnut Time in London I really love; the one on Shaftesbury Avenue close to Soho, and the one on Long Acre in Covent Garden.

If you’re watching your weight, just know that once you try the Doughnut Time products, you’ll crave them for each treat day.

They’re a bit pricey, around £5 each, but then again, so are almost all of the best doughnuts in London, right?

The flavors of these are obviously really sweet, and I never manage to finish mine in one go!

Best Doughnuts in London: Krispy Kreme, Holborn

Krispy Kreme in Holborn is one of the first doughnut shops I visited when I came to London for the first time, and they have so many flavors it’s actually incredible.

You also have other branches in London, including in Stratford, and you really have that properly sweet, decadent doughnut with Krispy Kreme.

It’s good to note that if you’re used to living in London on a budget, you won’t go out for snacks all the time.

Well, in some supermarkets in London, you can find a small range of Krispy Kreme doughnuts which are just a bit cheaper…

And can help you treat yourself and save money on groceries since your loyalty card points add up!

Exmouth Market is one of the cutest villages inside London, a complete street filled with cute cafes and shops.

There, you’ll find Doh’Hut, with doughnuts which will remind you of the Bread Ahead Bakery ones.

Doh’Hut’s doughnuts have won awards, and the fluffiness, freshness and flavors of these will not leave you stranded.

Hackney is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in London and filled with street art and artists’ homes.

There are many cute bakeries and cafes in Hackney, but my favorite has got to be Greedy Cow Bakes.

If you’re planning on traveling to London for the first time and decide to stay near Mile End and Bethnal Green, Hackney is quite close.

Plus, the homemade doughnuts you’ll find there are seemingly available in all the beautiful flavors in the world, from Korean milk doughnuts to vanilla, chocolate and pistachio.

Best Doughnuts in London: Rinkoff Bakery, Stepney Green

Rinkoff Bakery is known for offering beautiful bagels and cinnamon buns, but beyond that, it’s one of the oldest bakeries in London.

Established in 1911, this family-run bakery located in Stepney Green, in the heart of East London offers fresh pastries, crodoughs and bread.

It’s in my opinion one of the best hidden food gems in London, considering that you really have to look for it to find it.
