Shopping at TK Maxx has got to be one of my favorites activities when it’s that time of the year when I live in London.
Discounted clothes, lovely stationery, cheap makeup brands, and amazing scented candles from Sand and Fog, DW Home and other Yankee Candles – TK Maxx literally has it all.
And if I’ve talked a lot about London’s vintage shops and other shopping areas in the past, one specific store remains a must-visit under all circumstances, and that’s TK Maxx.
So I thought I’d do a little roundup of my favorite TK Maxx branches in London, the biggest ones, the most popular ones, and all the things each specific store is great for, from scented candles to shoes.

In terms of opening times, I have to say, the TK Maxx opening times vary greatly.
Depending on where you are – Central London, West or North, you’ll see that the TK Maxx shops open later are the ones in the center, like Oxford Street, Charing Cross Road and Long Acre in Covent Garden.
Best TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Charing Cross Road
The TK Maxx on Charing Cross Road is one of my ultra-favorites because it’s one of the biggest TK Maxx in London.
There are countless scented candle brands in this TK Maxx, which are located on the right as soon as you enter the shop: they’re sorted by color, and you’ll find plenty of independent candle brands there.
Yankee Candle, DW Home, and Sand and Fog are definitely the protagonists, though, but you’ll also find This Works, Pecksniffs, or Neon Candles at the Charing Cross branch.
This shop is also one that I visit a lot whenever I want to find a new nail polish or specific makeup and skincare brands, like Illamasqua.

Biggest TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Wood Green
I love the Wood Green neighborhood.
Before moving to Tottenham, I was living in North Finchley, and the bus went straight from Colney Hatch Lane to The Mall in Wood Green.
The whole area is filled with little restaurants and famous name brands, from Kervan Sofrasi to Taco Bell, along with makeup shops and a huge Primark.
TK Maxx Wood Green is one of the biggest TK Maxx in London.
You’ll find there a huge selection of discounted clothes, makeup, stationery, and scented candles.
I think this might be the best TK Maxx in London for scented candles; the collection is really huge in this shop.

Best TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Covent Garden
TK Maxx Covent Garden is one of the best to visit if you’re looking for skincare, clothes, accessories, and jewelry.
This is the one TK Maxx where I always find lots of makeup brands, from small eyeshadow palettes signed by Technic to Profusion Cosmetics, Bellapierre Cosmetics, and even at times, Zoeva brushes.
I’ve even come across The Body Shop products at some point – really a great shop to visit for skincare, makeup and hair products.
In the back of the store, you also have racks upon racks of handbags, wallets and jewelry, along with great collections of clothes (a favorite brand of mine to check out there: Nobody’s Child for great maxi dresses!).

Best TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Camden
I love hanging out around Camden Town and Kentish Town.
Actually, one of my favorite restaurants in London is actually Pho Ta in Kentish Town, a mere ten/fifteen minutes walk from Camden Town Station.
And you have one of the best TK Maxx in London right on Camden High Street, facing amazing charity shops like Oxfam and the British Heart Foundation.
Its proximity to some of the coolest budget shops in London like Poundland and Savers makes it ideal if you’re looking to go shopping in London during the week.
Just avoid the place at weekends, if I may.
One of the biggest TK Maxx in London, TK Maxx Camden has a huge range of women’s and men’s clothes, alongside a pretty decently-sized section for scented candles.
And while the Camden Town shop isn’t the best in terms of makeup, it still boasts quite a few eyeshadow palettes, nail polishes, lipsticks, and accessories.

Best TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Greenwich
I first came across TK Maxx Greenwich, in the Greenwich Shopping Park, years ago and I remember carrying home countless candles that were, to be honest, very, very heavy.
That is where I also found out that TK Maxx and Homesense are now the same brand, with Homesense stores being built into the TK Maxx in London.
Now, let me tell you: the Greenwich store is huge.
It’s perfect whether you’re looking for new branded stationery, scented candles (the selection is… incredible!), clothes, and home decor.
The home decor, furniture, homeware and kitchenware collection is very impressive, and if you’re ever in Greenwich (you should, it’s a gorgeous maritime neighborhood with village vibes!), that TK Maxx is one you can’t miss.

Biggest TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Tottenham Hale
Now that I live in Tottenham, best believe I pay a visit to TK Maxx in Tottenham Hale pretty regularly.
This has now become one of my favorite TK Maxx in London, with a huge shop that boasts a really large scented candles range, makeup, skincare, clothes, accessories, and shoes.
If you’re looking for a really huge TK Maxx in London, the Tottenham Hale shop is going to be perfect for you.
It’s true I almost only visit TK Maxx for makeup and scented candles.
However, from what I’ve seen, there are countless clothes and shoes waiting to be shopped in the North London shop.

Best TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Oxford Street
Ah, TK Maxx Oxford Street – one of my ultimate favorite TK Maxx in London.
Not only is the shop huge, but there is a lot to shop for, and when I say a lot, I definitely mean it.
There are several floors to this TK Maxx, which is probably one of the biggest TK Maxx in London excluding Brent Cross, Wood Green, and Tottenham Hale.
I would say this one is best for Gold Label and ModBox clothes, along with wide homeware, stationery, and books.
If you’re looking for the TK Maxx candles, I’d recommend going to the shop on Charing Cross Road.
Maybe it’s just me, but I’m pretty disappointed every time I visit the Oxford Street shop for scented candles.
The candle aisle is just smaller, and nothing to write home about.

Biggest TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Brent Cross

The TK Maxx in the Brent Cross Shopping Park is one of the biggest TK Maxx in London, and you’ll find there so many discounted products that you won’t know what to choose – for real.
In this one, you have an endless number of scented candles from my beloved brands like DW Home and Sand and Fog.
If you’re looking for really cheap clothes as well as home decor and kitchenware, that’s also one of the best TK Maxx in London for those products, alongside accessories and stationery.
Its location in the Brent Cross Shopping Park is really a plus.
Not only because TK Maxx here is one of the coolest in town.
No, because you’ve got lots of other cool makeup shops and clothing shops around.
And if you like candles, there are also candle shops like Anthropologie (which I love for its Espresso coffee scented candle from Illume) and Marks and Spencer.
Or at least other places where you can get really cool scented candles.

Best TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Kensington High Street
If you’re looking for cheap designer clothes and don’t want to pay a visit to the London charity shops (even if those in Kentish Town and Chelsea are perfect for that), then TK Maxx on High Street Kensington will soon become your BFF.
I don’t often go to West London because it’s just too far from Tottenham to go regularly.
Yet, one thing I know for sure is that the High Street Kensington shop is one of the very best TK Maxx in London for designer clothes, Gold Label and ModBox.

Best TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx St Mary’s Axe
I’d say one of the only reasons one would visit TK Maxx in St Mary’s Axe is the clothes, because honestly, that’s not the biggest TK Maxx in London at all.
The scented candles selection is quite disappointing, especially if you go all the way to St Mary’s Axe and The Gherkin specifically to shop TK Maxx candles.
If that’s what you’re after – and if you’re looking for new makeup at TK Maxx, I’d recommend you actually go to the TK Maxx on Gracechurch Street.
It’s much better, and it’s located a stone’s throw away from London Bridge and all its cute coffee shops.
But if you’re after clothes specifically, then St Mary’s Axe is one of the best TK Maxx in London.
There, you can find lots of hidden gems, especially since it’s not as much visited as the shops on Charing Cross Road or Oxford Street.

Biggest TK Maxx in London: TK Maxx Enfield Town
I discovered TK Maxx Enfield Town a few months ago, while paying a visit to the 6Burgerz restaurant, which offers some of the best halal burgers in London.
This is one of the biggest TK Maxx in London, and it offers a big aisle filled with scented candles.
The homeware selection is great as well, with lots of kitchenware and home decor.
You will also find big floors full of clothes for everyone from kids to women’s clothes, men’s clothes, and lots of accessories.
In terms of makeup, I don’t think this is the best TK Maxx in London, but the stationery section is pretty well-furnished every time I go to the TK Maxx shop in Enfield Town.

11 Best TK Maxx in London for Clothes, Candles and More
There you have them, all the best TK Maxx in London to shop for scented candles, makeup, clothes, bags, and stationery.
There are so many cheap shops in London that it can be overwhelming to know where to go, but TK Maxx is always a safe bet in my opinion.
That’s one of the best candle shops in London in my opinion.
Whenever I want to find cheap nail polish, that’s also where I go.
There, you can find lots of amazing W7 nail polish and Essie nail polish for £3.99, along with Illamasqua, Fenty Beauty, and lots of other famous makeup brands discounted.
To tell you which is the biggest TK Maxx in London would be kind of tricky.
Even when you go to the TK Maxx on Oxford Street, despite its ultra-central location, you’ll find this is a huge TK Maxx.
But in my opinion, obviously, the biggest TK Maxx are located in the suburbs, like the TK Maxx in Tottenham Hale or Brent Cross.
