If you’re after traditional, authentic Mexican dishes, that’s exactly where you need to be.

I always know that the vibe will be friendly, and very much in tune with what East London is made of – a melting pot of cultures, foods, and languages.

It’s quite difficult, I have found, to find properly halal restaurants in London around Central spots like Tottenham Court Road or Oxford Street and not leave an arm and a leg at the restaurant.
Plan Burrito is perfect, then, if you want to find the best Mexican halal food and enjoy it on a budget – if you’re a freelancer, or a student freshly arrived in London and still living in a hostel.
Enjoyed while you’re walking around or at the restaurant, Plan Burrito has those wrapped burritos available in different sizes; the regular already being pretty large.
At Plan Burrito, the beef and chicken are both halal, and they do not serve pork in the restaurant.
No alcohol is used in the dishes either, and that halal Mexican street food joint uses mainly Mexico imported ingredients in their traditional and revamped Mexican recipes.

I never knew that Taco Bell is halal in London before I passed by Taco Bell Wood Green once, as I was walking around shopping.
This one opened just a few months ago, and in the fully halal Taco Bell in London, all the meats are completely halal.
The place is always bustling with people shopping and working in some of the best study cafes in North London.
After all, there is one of the biggest TK Maxx in London in the Wood Green shopping center.
As such, it’s interesting to see that Taco Bell has chosen Wood Green as one of their latest locations.

Located in Covent Garden, it’s probably one of the best restaurants with halal food in Central London.
Although I did include it in this guide, for now, just know that Benito’s Hat offers only halal chicken.
They do serve pork and alcohol on the menu.
For when you’re looking for a lowkey laidback Mexican halal food spot in London, Benito’s Hat can be perfect if you’ve been walking around a lot, searching for the best free views in London.
Covent Garden is an amazing area especially during Christmas, spring and summer – and that chill kind of spot is perfect to regroup.
Their burritos, tacos, and salads are all fresh, and bursting with juicy flavor.
Knowing that they have another location in Oxford Circus makes it suddenly more enjoyable to choose from halal restaurants in London around Central!
