A bright coral lipstick in my moisturising, satin-finish formula
The Hot Emily lipstick is part of the Hot Lips collection, like the Electric Poppy lipstick, and it offers a true coral shade, perfect whether you have pale skin or fair skin with warm undertones.
Some time ago, I told you about some of my ultimate picks to get the best coral lipstick for fair skin, and you can also see some cheaper options there, but wait up before you go, because Electric Poppy…
That one is for when you really want to feel like you’re wearing a piece of sunshine.
When it comes to olive skin…
I’d never recommend a true coral lipstick for olive skin, just because I have a fair olive skin tone (NW15 in MAC foundation and 1.2P in The Ordinary foundation) and it doesn’t give the best result unless you pack on the bronzer.
However, if you find a coral lipstick with a redder undertone, by all means, go ahead.
That would be something like the MAC On Hold lipstick, for instance, one of the best lipsticks of its kind.
The best Charlotte Tilbury lipstick for fair skin and warm undertones for spring and summertime is, hence, the Hot Emily lipstick.
It brings this splash of color to your lips that need only be accompanied with black mascara, or, if you want to go a step further, some light blue eyeshadow as well.
Or you can go with some graphic blue eyeliner, which is something I love to wear when I’m looking to contrast a bright lipstick, whatever its shade.
One of the most beautiful Charlotte Tilbury lipstick shades for any time of the year, if it were only up to me, and perfect on pale redheads and warm-toned fair skin tones with blonde hair and brown hair.
