This soft pink lip liner isn’t made for everyone, clearly – on my fairly red lips, it barely shows up, a bit like Boldly Bare.

However, if you have rather pale skin and pale-ish lips, Edge to Edge will quickly become one of your favorite MAC lip liner shades.

Wear with some pink, mauve or brown eyeshadow, or why not some metallic white eyeshadow?

You can also go for some really contrasting eyeshadow, in shades of deep blue, emerald, or even fuchsia!

Best MAC Edge to Edge Lip Liner & Lipstick Combinations: Faux

I’ve already talked about a couple of cool lip liners to wear with the Faux and Brave lipsticks, and Edge to Edge is definitely one of them.

For this one, I’d start with applying Edge to Edge all over my lips after a layer of Prep + Prime for lips, or my favorite, the 3ina Lip Primer.

Then, apply the Faux lipstick all over and the same kind of blue-toned pink blush on the cheeks.

Why the lip primer all over the lips? Because Faux is part of the satin lipstick range, which would obviously last a bit less than a truly matte lipstick.

Still longlasting, and absolutely wonderful with some cobalt blue eyeliner or some ultra pastel eyeshadow.

Best MAC Edge to Edge Lip Liner & Lipstick Combinations: Sultriness

Another one of the best matching lipsticks for the MAC Edge to Edge lip liner is Sultriness, from the Powder Kiss lipstick range.

This one’s formula is so creamy yet matte that it’s a wonderful option if you’re looking to match your blush and your lipstick.

Dab some of the lipstick on the back of your hand, apply with a soft blush brush, and powder for the day.

On the eyes, some kind of beautiful mauve eyeshadow with a neat wing of black eyeliner will be more than enough.

I’ve told you many times how much I love the MAC Lipglass range – they’re some of the best lip glosses in the world, non sticky, pigmented, and longlasting.

A great shade to wear with the MAC Edge to Edge lip liner is the Lipglass in Candy Box, a soft pink lipgloss perfect whether you have pale skin or medium skin.

Please Me is one of the most popular MAC lipstick shades for pale to medium skin, and if you have olive skin, it’s probably going to become one of your favorites very soon.

The Please Me lipstick is one of the best colors to wear in combination with the Edge to Edge lip liner – just apply Please Me until the edges of your lips and clean up the contours with the lip liner.

On the eyes, I’d go for something really cool-toned, like some kind of silver eyeshadow, ultra-metallic and bling bling.

However, you could also create a nice smokey eye with shades of blue and purple eyeshadow, and then finish by applying some of the Please Me lipstick as a blush.

Fabby is one of my favorite duochrome lipsticks in the whole wide world, and its light mauve lipstick color is enhanced by a soft gold duochrome.

The MAC Creme Cup lipstick is one of the lightest pink lipsticks you’ll find at MAC, like Blankety, and is therefore perfect for all kinds of lip combos.

One of the easiest to wear would be with the Edge to Edge lip liner, since the colors are not that far apart.

However, if you want to create a daily ombre lip look for medium to dark skin, I’d probably go for a much darker shade, like Cyber World or Nightmoth lip liner.

On the eyes, as long as you follow the cool undertone of the Creme Cup lipstick, you’re safe.

Go for some smokey black eyeshadow, some grey, or some bright blue eyeshadow to really contrast the lip combo.

Best MAC Edge to Edge Lip Liner & Lipstick Combinations: Peach Blossom

Dubbed a frosted cool nude, Peach Blossom is a Cremesheen lipstick, which means it’s one of the most hydrating MAC lipsticks in this guide.

The Cremesheen lipsticks have this very particular, balmy formula, more pigmentation than the Lustreglass lipsticks, but less than the Amplified, satin and matte lipsticks.
