45+ Best Halal Asian Restaurants in London (No Pork Served)

45+ Best Halal Asian Restaurants in London (No Pork Served)

A local’s guide to the best halal Asian restaurants in London, from sushi and Japanese food to Chinese, Malaysian, Thai and Indian spots, with no pork served!

I’m the kind of person who hates going on a blog looking for new halal restaurants to try, and has to play detective and dodge spots that serve pork and that could be cross-contaminated.

So I thought I’d round up all the past blogs I’d written about various Asian cuisines, from Chinese restaurants to Japanese, Thai or Indian spots, and just offer you the biggest guide I could.

That way, if you’re visiting London for the first time, or if you’re living here and aren’t sure what spots really are compliant with a halal lifestyle, you’ll hopefully find everything you need here.

45+ Best Halal Asian Restaurants in London (No Pork Served)

45+ Best Halal Asian Restaurants in London (No Pork Served)

Before we get started, I want to emphasize that at the time of writing, I have tried to make it so the Asian restaurants listed here are halal and do not serve pork.

Some of them do serve alcohol, and I am clearly indicating if that’s the case.

Please do double check before booking which meats are indeed halal in the restaurants.

I have tried my best to share restaurants that are fully halal, and it’s up to you to choose whether or not you’d want to go to a restaurant which also serves non-halal meats and/or alcohol.

I have also tried to focus on self-standing, independent restaurants and steered clear of department stores in which there are often halal restaurants, partly or fully in case you’re careful where you’re shopping these days.

I usually only go to restaurants that only serve halal meat, but it’s up to each of us to choose the best options to comply with our lifestyle 🙂

PS. If you find that a restaurant has changed its status in terms of halal, pork or alcohol, please do let me know so I can update the guide.
