As spring is in full bloom, and now is the time to check out London’s Japanese gardens and other free rooftops, a visit to the instagrammable Vendula London shop is a must-add to your bucket list.

Out of all the many things to do around London Bridge, one you can’t miss is the discovery of Vendula London, especially if you care about the environment.

A British shop you wouldn’t expect in such a place; given the quirky-posh vibe, I would very well see Vendula London setting up shop in one of London’s beautiful neighborhoods, like Chelsea or Kensington.

The Vendula London bags are made from animal-friendly vegan leather and synthetics, and just because the leather is vegan doesn’t mean they lose in quality, far from it.

Cross-body bags, card cases, pouches, purses and even tote bags are all available in the most colorful, and most original designs you’ll ever find in London.

When visiting the Vendula London shop on Gabriel’s Wharf, you will not see all of the handbags, wallets and pouches that you can find on the website.

However, the super instagrammable shop offers all the latest seasonal collections, in addition to some Jubilee and celebratory collections, such as handbags inspired by the Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre.

I love finding new artistic hidden gems in London, and while most of these usually revolve around museums, hidden sculptures and other secret churches with beautiful architecture, here’s something new for you.

Gabriel’s Wharf is one of these secret courtyards in which you will find many independent boutiques, restaurants and even some street art.

It also makes for a perfect place to visit in London during summer, when all the tables are out and all you want to do is to catch up with your friends.
