We’re meeting today to discuss all the best DW Home coffee scented candles, and I am very excited to share all those amazing espresso scented candles that smell like coffee, vanilla latte and pumpkin spice latte.

If you’ve been following my candle adventures for a while, then you might know that I am a huge sucker for the DW Home candles.

There’s something about the DW Home coffee scented candles that really gets me excited.

It might be the fact that I work from home and that the coffee fragrance keeps me going for hours without feeling too tired (even if I am exhausted a lot of the time for x or y reason).

8 Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles

I have gotten quite a few DW Home candles over the years, with one of my first ones being Lava, a delicious tropical fragrance that illuminated the whole room for hours even long after I had put it out.

Lately, I have been focusing on growing my collection with candles that smell like coffee and chocolate, because a) the time of the year is perfect and b) coffee smelling candles give that productive vibe to a home from the first minutes they start burning.

I have written a full blog post about the best brands that make candles that smell like coffee and espresso, and even chocolate candles, but for now, let’s focus on all the best DW Home coffee scented candles.

The great thing is that DW Home has quite a few collections that build up to over 1.000 candle fragrances, and they have coffee scented candles in the classic Richly Scented range as well as in their Cup of Joe (Freshly Brewed Aroma) collection.

I have picked only the very best; a lot of which I have either bought these last few weeks, have owned, and have heard good things about.

Classic DW Home Coffee Scented Candles

The first three DW Home coffee scented candles I want to mention are from the Richly Scented Candle range:

• the Fresh Brew candle
• the Work From Home candle
• and the Vanilla Coffee candle

So far, I have only managed to get my hands on Fresh Brew, and I am planning to get Work From Home as soon as possible.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Fresh Brew

Freshly brewed, dark roast coffee splashed with sweet cream, coconut milk and sweetened with agave nectar.

Let me put it like that; if you want to find the best DW Home coffee scented candles, you could literally stop at Fresh Brew. I have read reviews of people saying it smelled like chocolate more than coffee, and I couldn’t disagree more.

I have only gotten the DW Home Fresh Brew candle a few weeks ago, and I have literally not stopped burning it – this is one of the best coffee scented candles you could ever find.

If you’re into that dark-roasted coffee bean type of candle scent, then Fresh Brew is the one.

I almost only purchase my DW Home candles from TK Maxx and Notino, and I have paid a visit to many, many TK Maxx stores in London before I could find it.

It’s a bit trickier, especially now that Christmas is coming and the Christmas candle racks are being emptied by the day by hungry shoppers from Aldi to Bath and Body Works, and from Yankee Candle to DW Home.

The best espresso scented candle I have ever come across, available in one-wick or two-wick candles.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Work From Home

The familiar scent of freshly-ground brewed coffee beans, sweetened with pure sugar cane, hazelnut and caramel syrup.

The DW Home Work From Home candle is second on this list, as it’s another one of the most perfect DW Home coffee scented candles you could be given to smell.

We’ve got here something like ground beans mixed with sweeter fragrances of hazelnut, caramel, and sugar cane, making Work From Home a delicious coffee smelling candle that is full-on greed in a pot.

The Work From Home candle is perfect if you’ve loved the Fresh Brew espresso scented candle but would like to find something a tad sweeter.

In my opinion, no other DW Home candle comes even close to the scent of the Fresh Brew candle, but if you’re a collector, then you’ll probably love the nice, crisp packaging of the Work From Home candle anyway.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Vanilla Coffee

Vanilla sugar, vanilla bean and steamed milk stirred into a dark roasted coffee.

Funnily, the DW Home Vanilla Coffee candle boasts the same scent as the Vanilla Latte candle I’ll mention lower – in my opinion, that sweet yet strong smell is perfect whether you want some study motivation or would just like to chill.

In the mix, we’ve got dark roasted coffee sweetened by steamed milk and vanilla, giving an interesting overall scent that seems perfect for absolutely every time of the year.

That is one of the DW Home coffee scented candles I’m least attracted to, because I like pure coffee fragrance candles most of the time, especially when I’m writing.

Perfect, though, if you would like something oscillating between sweet and bitter.

DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Cup of Joe Collection

In terms of DW Home coffee scented candles, we’ve got a lot on offer on the official website.

Throughout all the time spent browsing the TK Maxx candle racks, I have found plenty of DW Home candles from the Cup of Joe collection (which I initially thought was called Freshly Brewed Aroma).

There are not only coffee fragranced candles in the DW Home Cup of Joe collection; you’ll also find matcha and hot chocolate candles with the same coffee cup shape and the same silicone lid.

Overall, the Cup of Joe coffee candles are really pretty, and I have bought one lately that I will review at the same time as the Fresh Brew candle in a post very soon.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Candy Corn Latte

Fresh brewed coffee highlighted by the nostalgic aroma of sugar, sweet honey, warm butter and creamy vanilla.

I have had quite a thorough obsession with the DW Home Candy Corn Latte ever since the moment I first came across it at TK Maxx, and I feel like if you had to choose a rather sweet coffee scented candle, then that’s one of the best autumn DW Home candles to do so.

DW Home has another Candy Corn candle that I cannot stand, and Candy Corn Latte smells sweet and tangy at the same time – one of the candles that smell like coffee and a slightly pumpkin-y scent at the same time.

I just always found new candles to try and never got around to getting them, but I’m pretty sure Candy Corn Latte will be next on my list of DW Home coffee scented candles to buy.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Pumpkin Spice Latte

The irresistible scent of freshly brewed cappuccino accented with warm cinnamon, golden nutmeg, and hints of spicy clove spun with smooth pumpkin and whipped vanilla cream.

Who doesn’t like the famous Starbucks fall drink, the Pumpkin Spice Latte?

I love it so much that it’s crazy, and well, one of the best DW Home coffee scented candles is very similar to the Pumpkin Spice Latte hot drink.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no official Starbucks coffee scented candles at all – all the ones you can see on Pinterest or Etsy are made by small shops that know that candles that smell like coffee are life.

Although I couldn’t tell you really what Fresh Brew or Work From Home remind me of in terms of Starbucks drinks, I do know that the DW Home Pumpkin Spice Latte candle from the Cup of Joe collection is stunningly similar to the taste of Starbucks coffee.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Maple Cinnamon Latte

Freshly brewed cappuccino accented with warm cinnamon, golden nutmeg, and hints of spicy clove spun with smooth pumpkin and whipped vanilla cream.

Maple Cinnamon Latte is probably one of the most unique DW Home coffee scented candles since it mixes cappuccino with lots of autumn spices.

In the blend, you’ve got golden nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, and pumpkin mixing with whipped vanilla cream, which makes a kind of pumpkin spice latte scent with the stunning fragrance of maple lingering.

One of the best coffee scented candles from DW Home if you’re into sweet scents and don’t really want to have a proper, through-and-through coffee fragranced candle.

That’s probably one I wouldn’t really pick up if I really wanted a bitter coffee smelling candle, but it’s really nice for autumn and Christmas time.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Caffè Mocha

Fresh espresso stirred with sweet chocolate mocha, creamy milk, and a sprinkle of vanilla bean. 

If you’re a mocha lover, you’ll love the DW Home Caffè Mocha candle – one of the most famous coffee smelling candles from the American brand.

The same packaging as the other Cup of Joe candles, with a scent that blends espresso with milk, vanilla, and chocolate mocha.

I have actually come across quite a few DW Home candles that mix chocolate and coffee, and I’ve always been really impressed with how true-to-nature they smelled.

If you’re looking for an espresso scented candle that has a little bit of chocolate in the fragrance, I have a feeling that this is one of the DW Home coffee scented candles that will be perfect for you.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Himalayan Sea Salt Latte

Dark roast espresso, warm milk, cocoa powder, and sweet cane sugar layered with himalayan sea salted creamy caramel and warm undertones of decadent butterscotch syrup.

I have lost track of the times I have picked up Himalayan Sea Salt Latte and put it back down, just to get Donut Shop or Cereal Milk.

That is one of the most subtle DW Home coffee scented candles, and the scent echoes the name to perfection.

You will definitely smell the coffee in this espresso scented candle which blends cocoa, milk, cane sugar, caramel, and butterscotch with sea-salted caramel.

That’s one of the sweetest DW Home coffee candles, and probably one of the best overall.

When I’m not into strong coffee fragranced candles, I like having scented candles that blend lots of sweet notes and have fun trying to understand what type of note I am smelling as I’m writing articles.

Himalayan Sea Salt Latte would be amazing as a background scent while watching a Harry Potter movie or just chilling on a Sunday afternoon, I’d say.

Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles: Vanilla Latte

Vanilla sugar, vanilla bean and steamed milk stirred with dark roast coffee.

The DW Home Vanilla Latte candle has roughly the same coffee fragrance as the Vanilla Coffee candle I mentioned at the beginning of this guide, but the jar is the same as the other Cup of Joe candles.

Same weight as well, with 11.2 oz in the candle which allows for a burn time of over 30 hours.

In my experience, although the Cup of Joe Freshly Brewed Aroma candles are aesthetically pleasing, I have a feeling that the Richly Scented Candle collection burns longer and more evenly, so if you had to choose between the two, I’d go for the classic packaging.

Still one of the best DW Home coffee scented candles, obviously, with a nice balance between a strong and bitter roast and the sweetness of the vanilla sugar.

8 Best DW Home Coffee Scented Candles
